Hello and thank you for accessing the Country Park user survey.
The purpose of the questionnaire is to review and improve the service and facilities that the Country Park has to offer. The questionnaire is an important tool in finding out who uses the Country Park, when they use it, and what they think of the service provided.
The questionnaire also seeks the opinions and suggestions of park users for improving, the service and facilities provided.
The questionnaire has a simple rating of 1-5 for each subject heading. 1 = very poor and 5 = very good. The questionnaire should take no more than a few minutes to complete.
We hope you can take a few minutes to complete and return the questionnaire and help us to better understand the needs and of views of the community.
