OLIVE lived in Hainault and moved to Lambourne End on marriage in 1952. Her husband FRANK worked on a farm at Lambourne End and then worked on the Golf Course and the Forest.
CHARLOTTE HARVEY 1915 - 2009 LOTTIE and her brothers and sister SUSIE lived in Foxburrows Cottages, Hainault Forest Country Park. Some of the family were born there. Her father was the first forest keeper employed by the L.C.C. on the recommendation of Edward North Buxton.
JOHN lived in Hainault and Lambourne End. Worked as a Keeper for the GLC, and as a Foreman in Hainault Forest for Redbridge Council until his retirement.
NEW EVELYN LEVER EVELYN recalls her childhood in the Forest and her father FREDERICK REEVES a Forest Keeper.
DEREK lived in Lambourne End and Foxburrows Cottages as a Keeper and later as Superintendent of the Forest in the days of the Greater London Council, retiring in 1986.
